Perfect Plus 50 bp DNA Ladder Description
- Ideal for sizing linear double-stranded DNA during agarose electrophoresis
- Consists of 5 bands with sizes ranging from 50 to 500 bp
- For easy reference, the DNA fragment at 250 bp is three times (3X) brighter than the other bands in the ladder
- Supplied in ready-to-load buffer containing tracking dyes
- No additional preparation before loading is required
